1. When a withdrawal is made, the withdrawal amount remains available in the player's balance for a 48 hour period, during which time the player still has access to the credits in the event they change their mind. After this 48 hour period expires, the credits are automatically removed from the balance and put through for processing.

2. When a deposit is made with a credit card, there is a 30 day waiting period, from the date of the last credit card deposit, before withdrawals can be processed from and account.

3. After we have processed your withdrawal request, you will receive an email from us confirming the method in which the withdrawal was processed.

4. The minimum withdrawal amount is US$20.

5. The maximum withdrawal limit for winnings is set at US$5,000 per 30-day period. This maximum withdrawal limit is only for winnings, and does not include amounts that have been deposited into your account. For example, if you have deposited a total of US$2,500 into your account, you may withdraw US$7,500 (withdrawal of the initial US$2,500 deposit + the US$5,000 maximum withdrawal limit on winnings) in one 30-day period. This measure is in place to protect against fraud & can be decreased/waived as a player becomes an established member of Suite332.com.

6. To protect your account from fraudulent withdrawals, we require, for check refunds above US$200, a copy of: your passport/ID card (i.e. photo identification), your credit card billing statement, and a photocopy of the front and back of your credit card. If we require this information, we will contact you via email explaining where to fax this information. Scanned copies of this information are also acceptable, and can be emailed in .jpg format to cashier@suite332.com. Please note that this ID verification applies not only to single withdrawals above US$1,000, but also for cumulative requests that exceed US$1,000.

7. You are able to specify which withdrawal method you prefer, but regardless of the method you specify, if we are able to credit funds back to the deposit method you originally used, we will do so to the extent permitted by the processing companies. Additional amounts beyond that will be refunded according to your preferred withdrawal method.
