*IMPORTANT NOTE - If you do not request bonuses, there will be no minimum rollover requirements. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, withdrawals are subject to terms & conditions listed on the Bonus Redemption Policies page and *must* be rolled over per bonus policies prior to a withdrawal request *OR* through wagering, player must zero-out (Achieve casino casino account balance of $1 or less) casino account balance to reset wagering requirements (Wagering requirements do NOT roll over).

PLEASE NOTE: We are pleased to announce that, thanks to a new bonus abuse detection algorithm, we have reopened the 150% Check-In bonus to players from ALL regions. The Check-In bonus is in place for all players to enjoy & play with. Unfortunately, some players join online casinos with the sole purpose of incrementally betting in small amounts on certain games in order to meet wagering requirements and cash-out their bonuses. Such behaviour, also known as "Turtle Betting", guarantees the player a marginal win/loss & a straightforward path towards leaving with a casino's bonus offer without fair play. Such players are the reason behind stringent wagering requirements, restricted games, & region banning.

Bonus Abusers: As per above, with the implementation of our new Bonus Abuse algorithm, players who claim a bonus & whose play matches a stored bonus abuse profile in the software are tagged & forwarded to our Audit Department for review. Players whose review shows blatant bonus abuse will have their deposit refunded to them (Minus any transfer fees) and any winnings/bonuses voided & removed from their account. Players who are found to abuse bonuses a second time will be given the same treatment, however their accounts will be banned. These measures are in place in order to allow a fair opportinity for regular players to enjoy the bonuses we offer and to also give the casino/house a sporting chance.

Bottom Line: You have nothing to worry about as a regular player. Conversely, if you have joined Suite332.com with the one purpose of leaving with free bonus credits, you will very probably be detected by our Bonus Abuse algorithm & forwarded to our Audit department for further review.

If a bonus is not applied to a player's account and wagering commences with the deposit credit, bonus credits cannot be applied to the existing deposit amount unless you have sent a request by email to service@Suite332.com requesting a specific bonus PRIOR to commencing wagering. In other words, bonuses cannot be applied retroactively - you cannot request a bonus after you have begun play.

Unless stated otherwise all Suite332 bonuses are now CASH and, combined with their related deposit, subject to simple 80X Virtual Casino and 100X Live Casino rollover (As at June 1st, 2008. If you have claimed your bonus on or prior to this date, you are still entitled to your original requirements). The bonus cash is then yours to keep.

Rolled Over means that your total online betting action must meet the amount deposited, including the bonus which is then multiplied by a particular number. Current bonus status and rollover requirements are shown on the Bonus Status page. The Bonus Status page is updated once daily at 4am Eastern Standard Time (EST).

As stated above, if a bonus is credited to your account, unless otherwise noted, both the deposit and bonus must be rolled over as follows:

- If wagering in the Virtual Suite casino, your deposit + bonus amount must be wagered a total of  EIGHTY times before any withdrawal requests can be made. For example: If you deposit $50 & receive a $50 welcome bonus, your wagering requirement will be ($50 + $50) X 80 = $8000.

- If wagering in the Live Suite casino, your deposit + bonus amount must be wagered a total of  ONE HUNDRED times before any withdrawal requests can be made. For example: If you deposit $50 & receive a $50 welcome bonus, your wagering requirement will be ($50 + $50) X 100 = $10000.

- If wagering in both the Virtual & Live Suites, the sum of the valid wagering percentage reached in each Casino Suite will have to total 100% or more before any withdrawal requests can be made.

Example: If you deposit $50 & receive a $50 welcome bonus, then wager $4000 (50% of Virtual Suite wagering requirement) in the Virtual Suite Casino and $5000 (50% of Live Suite wagering requirement) in the Live Suite Casino, your total wagering percentage will be 50% + 50% for a total of 100% and you will be able to withdraw.

Casino rollover is calculated after each successive wager.

Please note that the maximum bonus available on any Suite332 promotion is $525.00, unless stated otherwise on the promotion itself

You must meet play through-requirements to cash out / withdraw any winnings generated through your bonus.

Unless stated otherwise, Suite332 bonuses are not combinable however, Reload Bonuses and special promotions (all Bonuses other than Initial Deposit Bonuses) can be credited for subsequent deposits with additional rollover requirements being applied to new deposit plus new bonus total.

ZERO OUTS

**Please ENSURE that you logout after zeroing out (Achieve casino casino account balance of $1 or less) and depositing again otherwise the zero out will not be recorded**

The zero out rule has been created to give both the player and the casino a sporting chance. Without the zero out rule the previous wagering requirements would carry over for the player’s future deposits and the player would probably never catch up. At the same time, the Casino would be in big trouble if people kept cashing in Bonuses on top of deposits and would have to meet play through requirements for only one of the coupons.
Bonuses are lost last after you’ve lost all deposits and winnings.

Rollover requirements do not carry forward if you zero out, deposit again and don’t take a bonus on your next deposit.

If you ask for a withdrawal and a Withdrawal Bonus offer is sent to you, then the rollover applied will be of twenty five times on the amount of your NEW balance, once the Bonus has been credited.

SAFE BETTING

Safe betting is strictly prohibited when a bonus wagering requirement is still active on a player's account.

To Safe Bet is to wager in a manner in which it is impossible to lose or win credits, however the system still counts credits placed on the table at the time as wagered. An example of this is to bet $5 on black & $5 on red when playing roulette. Using such methods to meet one's wagering requirements is blatant bonus abuse & moreover immoral on the part of the player. Accounts found engaging safe betting while a bonus requirement is active will be banned.

Please note: When no bonus is active on an account, the player is free to wager as he/she chooses.

ACCOUNT BANNING

We reserve the right to ban / close your account at any time at our sole discretion.
If your account is banned and you have violated one or more of the rules stated at this website then all our winnings & bonuses shall be null and void and your deposit shall be returned to you. At his sole discretion, the manager may void only the player’s winnings, leave his bonus and allow a player to continue playing if the violation was unintentional (such as a double account) if the player promises to be more careful in the future.
In the event that your account is banned and you have not violated any of the rules stated at this website then this are the steps accounting will follow to complete our business with you (in chronological order):

1. All deposits at the time of banning will be returned within the next 72 hours of banning

2. All winnings you had in your account at the time of banning will be sent to you (via your method of choice) within 60 days of banning.

Once banned you may never open an account with Suite332.com. If it is detected that a previously banned player has opened more account(s) then those accounts shall be banned immediately and we shall not be returning the deposits or winnings in those accounts.

Affiliates shall not be paid for “banned players”. Rather, fines may be imposed on affiliates that consistently send us players that get banned.

In the event that any rules mentioned on the “Promotions” page contradict the rules mentioned here then the promotions page rules will supercede the rules here.

We may amend these policies at any time by posting the amended policies on our site. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that he/she is aware of the current policies every time he makes a deposit. New policies will not be applied retroactively. Rather, the policies mentioned on the site at the time the user made the deposit will apply until the user takes a withdrawal, “zeros out” or deposits again (whichever is first). All further withdrawals shall be subject to the latest policies mentioned at this site.
